LINTON STANNARD - FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Objectives:
Linton joined the Dosh Finance team in October 2009. His primary objective is to source and arrange property, truck & trailer and equipment finance facilities
Experiences:
- Over 30 years experience in the banking and finance sector with particular experience structuring property investment and development facilities in the $2.0 million to $10.0 million lending range
- 2005 to 2009 - employed by Suncorp Bank as a senior property finance analyst where he managed a portfolio of property investment and development facilities that were provided to both private and publically listed companies
- 2004 to 2005 - employed by ORIX Australia Corporation Ltd as a senior credit analyst where he arranged truck & trailer and equipment finance facilities for companies operating in the industrial, mining, engineering, transportation and haulage business sectors
- 1994 to 2004 - employed by Home Building Society as Manager Commercial Lending managing a portfolio of commercial and residential property finance loans
- Prior to 1994 - held several positions with Citibank, Town & Country Building Society and Perpetual Trustees WA Ltd
Qualifications:
- Associate Diploma in Business (Banking & Finance)
- Certificate IV in Financial Services
