Finance ProductsCommercial Hire PurchaseIf equipment ownership is your goal when entering into a finance contract, then this product may be for you. Upon final payment being received, ownership is transferred to you. Payments can be reduced by placing a balloon payment at the end of the term.
Chattel Mortgage (Equipment Loan)When financing an income-producing asset, consider this product. You legally own the equipment throughout the loan term, whilst the lender takes a charge over the equipment. Payments can be reduced by placing a balloon at the end of the term (and/or upfront deposit)
Operating LeaseIf equipment ownership is not your goal, then this product may be for you. The equipment is rented to you for an agreed term. At lease end the equipment is returned to the financier for disposal. You have the option of a fully or non maintained package. Payments are fixed for the term of the contract, but can vary due to the kilometres travelled throughout the lease. Residual risk is the responsibility of the financier. Finance LeaseThe lender purchases the equipment for you and, in return, you pay a series of rental payments. If used solely for earning assessable income, these payments are usually full tax deductible. Usually, the lender allows you to purchase the equipment at the end of the term Novated LeaseA three way agreement between employee, employer and financier. The employee selects a vehicle of their choice, as part of their employment package. The employer is committed to maintain the payments of the lease whilst the employee works for them, within an allocated allowance. |
